We are currently seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our existing Wills & Estates practice located in the thriving uptown business district of Toronto, conveniently located above the Yonge/Sheppard subway station. The ideal candidate will possess superior relationship management skills and strong business acumen, with an ability to support KRMC’s large existing Wills & Estates client base as well as drive new client growth. He or she will be responsible for contributing to the continued success of our well-established practice and will also demonstrate a willingness to advance the growth of the firm.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney and advising executors in all aspects of Estate administration, including preparing and obtaining applications for certificates of appointment of estate trustee as well as dealing with all Estate related matters from start to finish.  Experience drafting primary and secondary Wills, Henson trusts, spousal trusts, residence trusts, and insurance trusts is an asset. The candidate must be comfortable meeting with clients, have excellent writing skills and a strong work ethic.  The successful candidate will manage their own files, and will work with KRMC real estate counsel and corporate counsel to support a value-driven Wills & Estates practice .
